Very unlikely as there is an immunity to the virus.

That's what I thought but she gets a mild attack almost weekly and occationally one that has it all over her body.

Anyone who saw her would thing we were beating her!

weekly? see your GP. i thought Slapped cheek started with high temps etc rather like measles is she like that weekly?. could be heat rash, dermatitis, ecsema etc etc etc

Slapped Cheek in adults in more to do with swollen joints - I am just getting over it after 3 weeks. I didn't get the rash at all but a friend was covered for a couple of days. If you are just referring to red cheeks then it could be Rosacia (spelling?). Google it!

Thanks for that but this is all over her body.

It can come and go in an hour or will stay for a few hours or a day. There seems to be no rhym nor reason to it.

I have taken some photos and we are going to the dr on Thursday.
