I believe they are good for the shoulders / back
it is designed as an all body workout, the 'only' make thinkable to ever use is the king of the rower 'concept 2'

Thats great, thanks!
By the way I do have one at home they are good, very well made, but at 1,000 for the basic model your really have to know your will use it, if you do plan to buy your own try and test one out at a friends or a gym to see how it feels, you can rent them as well from concept 2 but as you can guess if you plan to keep it for a while it will turn out to be more cost effective to buy one.

May I also note, however and where ever you plan to use one it is all in the technique on these rowers you have to the movements and positions right so have a look of the concept 2 website for these.

Any further question I would be happy to answer

Cheers What The!

I'm not looking to buy one, but I've been going on it at the gym and always thought that Rowers worked the abs, but wasn't getting much of a work out there.

I'll look on the website for the technique like, I've heard they can be dodgy if you do it wrong.
