Its also when I'm not hungry though. It's actually constantly throughout the day. Its so embarrassing cus its really quiet in my office and my colleague is sat right next to me.
It can sometimes make really weird noises and be really loud. It can be really squeaky and sometimes a long high pitched squeal which sounds like there is someone inside my stomach screeching.
Are there any tablets to take to help stop it do you know?

Hi karmgirl!
I sometimes have the same problem and it now gets to the point I dread any meetings or school plays coming up because I never enjoy them I just sit there getting all anxious in case my stomach makes funny noises. I end up coughing to disguise the noise!
Try cutting out fizzy drinks if you have them and I found not having caffeine during the day can help in stopping it happening as much later on in the afternoon/evening.
You could get checked out to see if you have IBS also and maybe try eating something different for breakfast over a few days and see if this helps.
I feel for you cos it is horrible and I have found myself having anxiety attacks over it and even almost walked out of my daughter's play once!
