Shaking Hands

When im nervous my hands get really shaky. Ive had this since as long as I can remember. Even signing my name is an ordeal. Im getting married soon and panicking that I will be like this on the day - holding my bouquet or even trying to get my ring on! Any ideas?

You could try something like Bachs Rescue remedy or some hypnotherapy.

Try Kalms tablets.

Also slowly switch over to decaffeinated tea and coffee.
