Lack of sleep

It has been few days now I have not been able to sleep. The man who lives next door to my room keeps banking doors and has his TV on very loud. he also keeps going on his mobile at odd hours of the night to I dont know who but speaking so loud and then finally when he does goes to sleep about 3.30am he snores so loud that the whole house shakes. My sould must be suffereing cuz my body is can any one tell me how I can fall a sleep and not wake up until the mornning.?

If talking to him isn't an option, buy some sponge earplugs from most chemists.
Ear plugs are the only option
or you could go round and whack him over the head & ears with a cast iron skillet pan.... ;-)

Have a word with him. You could have a word with other people there to see if anyone else is being disturbed. If so, you could all speak to the landlord. In the meantime, ear-plugs. The foam ones are the best.
He keeps "banking doors"? How's that work then?
