No matter what season it is, or how warm it is, my feet are always icy cold. This is obviously caused by poor circulation, but does anyone know if there is any particular condition related to this problem?

I am not sure if this is what you wer thinking of Raynaud's

AS far as I know it more commonly effects the hands and the symptoms described are more severe than you describe in your post. Have a look and see what you think
Do you smoke? That can badly affect circulation and make feet cold.

I have Reynauds - excruciatingly painful at times but at others, my feet do feel like slabs of ice, then get painful when they warm up.

Thanks Rosetta and Ethel. I probably don't have Raynauds, as it does sound alot more serious than what I have. I never get any pain, my hands and feet are just always cold. if my feet do get warm, they tend to feel quite swollen.

Maybe I just have general poor circulation, but will look at the link Rosetta posted here.
