i have a very painfull coccyx, i work in a contact centre so sit down all day my pain started on ,going on full time hours from part time
any one got any ideas how long it takes to go away, as well as this is have o/a in my spine, and also mertalgia paresthetica in my legs, both sides i am fed up with pain nd painkilersi m going for physio at the moment for my back which is helping but the pain in the bum is awful

You should also make sure that your workstation is set up properly eg screen at the correct height and keyboard in the right position.
Could it be that sitting so much is aggravating the condition?
Have you tried seeing an osteopath who may be able to help in additional ways to physio?
Ask such professionals if there is anything they can suggest such as home exercises or activities such as swimming or yoga or pilates which may help the condition generally?
Also ask them about what you do and how to help eg moving regularly.
Losing an excess weight may help and not putting too much pressure on the problem areas eg tight clothing, belts etc...
