I go for the Muller Vitality ones as they are pre-biotic as well (and have omega 3). Perhaps I'm just persuaded by advertising?

If you are fit and healthy why bother? If not check with your GP. I think these are another ploy to part us from our hard earned cash!!

The drinks have a lot of liquid sugar in them. Hubby was advised to take probiotic in tablet form.
