What symptoms might someone suffer from, if they drank a lot of tea (apart from the caffeine)?

Oh god, I just saw the toastie question and had to make one, and now I've seen this and want a cuppa!!

None. Except a need to urinate perhaps.
You'll need to go to the loo, probably get stained teeth, and your beath'll smell like an old tea bag.
I read the question...and just thought that Andy replied very sensibly! : )
Try drinking Green or White tea instead. They are supposed to be good for detoxifying and have antioxidant properties.
Possible aneamia as the tanins in tea disrupt iron absorbtion, nutritionists recommend that if you drink tea that you try to drink it on it's own and not with meals especially if you're still growing, pregnant or already have aneamia.
