Please, I'm trying to help them both,I don't want them to split up or my brother to lose his mind over this. Cld anyone suggest anything? She is still in denial especially now the Dr tells her there is nothing wrong, so she will be reluctant to go to another doctor or see any specialist. HELP! I hate seeing my Bro(who is 37 yrs old)cry out of desperation,he feels he has no-one to turn to now.

Maybe either your brother or yourself could persuade your sister-in-law to take evening primrose oil every day, just for a trial period of say 3 months. You could say that as there is nothing wrong with her then it won't hurt! Evening Primrose Oil really works for me. Before I started taking it I was like a screaming banshee at Mr Spudqueen and the little spuds for two or three days a month. Since taking it I have hardly a scream!

perhaps they should have a trail separation.... her reaction and subsuequent behaviour may give you a hint as to whether she really has PMT, or if she is just really unhappy with the relationship. your bro could say he just cant cope and needs a break. it might shake her up into trying to get help to control her temper or she might be relieved. cathartic either way.
I used to get really bad PMT, it's awful, I was awful, I could see I was being awful but it was like you were someone else, I only had it for a few days just before my period was due and once it had passed I was back to my normal happy self much to my husband and daughters relief :(
I tried the evening primrose but didn't seem to do anything I was still dr Jeckall and mr Hyde for those few days, then i found a vitamin/mineral called 'Magnesium-OK' it is specially designed for 'monthly cycles' it has made a really big difference to me and my poor hubby has seen a big difference too. I stock up when Boots have the 3 for 2 sales on I think they sell it in Holland and Barrett as well. whatever she tries, whether it is evening primrose or magnesium-ok she needs to stick with it for at least 2-3 months to give it a chance to work. good luck
