I'm a fit and healthy 23 year old but I would really like to get the flu jab as I've had the flu badly several years in a row in the past where I've required the doctor to come out and now I have a baby with nobody to help care for him if I was to become ill. Am I allowed it if I pay?

Many chemists sell it - Superdrug 9.95; Tesco 10

if youve had to have the doctor out due to being so ill with the flu why not go and see them and ask if they will give you the jab
both answers above are correct. Unfortunately you do not fit into a priority group, however, if your gp has vaccines left over after they have done the priority people who want one you may be able to get one
