tazmac 25....We are not singing from the same hymn sheet....fibromyalgia and M.E are two different medical conditons. Ethel is correct in that Fibro myalgia is NOT psychological, but M.E is more questionable.

No. Fibromyalgia affects more women than men, and can have a range of unpleasant symptoms, which can make life more of a struggle. The causes aren't really understood, but there's medication available, such as anti-depressants, to alleviate some of the worst symptoms.

i have fibromyalgia and its not psychological.i get moderate to severe pain all around my spine and in my neck/shoulder.also my jaw is stiff and crunchy.not to mention the fatigue.often i wake up feeling as if i havent been to bed.if it was all in my head i may be able to cure it sadly it isnt:(
