hi there, i am looking for some information on venlafaxine, and was wondering if there are any women out there taking it to help relieve symptoms of the menopause, i would be if you could let me know how effective it is, any side effects etc, thanking you

Venlaxafine/ Efexor is an SNRI anti depressant marbil. One of its side effects is night sweating,not much use to you if you're getting flushes. Another side effect is weight gain. I found then better than Seroxat all the same.much easier to get off.
