i am 28 and my posture is awful, ive had 2 big babies and have a poor back anyway. mostly i find myself standing with my back curved in like you do when your pregnant which makes my not so flat tummy stick out a bit. does anyone think a back posture corrector brace would help. its so hard not to stand like that. i think if i was wearing something that made me stand straighter it would benefit me longterm, what you think?

Hi. You don,t say what your back problems already are. But i know that your back can become a lot weaker after having babies. Mine is the same. Have you been to the doc about this?As I am just wondering if referral to physio may be helpful. They would talk through posture and exercises with you, designed for strengthening your back, without putting extra strain on your already weaker areas?
You could also see an Alexander Technique practitioner, they work on people's posture but as far as I know only on a private basis. Probably best to see GP and get referred to NHS physiotherapist
Pilates could be a bit help as it's great for posture.

Seing an osteopath for a free consultation is also a possibility to see if they can ease any muscles which might have tightened by you having bad posture to give them a push back the right way with some exercises.
Best to get it checked by the GP who will send you on to eg physio. Ask about yoga and/or pilates as these can work on strethening the body and the spine. I found yoga was gentler and ticked more of my boxes, but what suits you may be different, again a phsio may be able to advise.

Hope this helps
