Constipation
4 Answers
Sorry for bringing this subject up again everyone.
On and off for about three years now I have suffered with constipation. Sometimes I struggle to pass very small dryish pellet like stools, then after a week or so one larger stool will pass and it is like a plug has been pulled with regular trips to the toilet to empty my bowels - with the obvious releif that follows. Of late I have noticed that my stools, when I am able to be regular, tend to be long and narrow and this worries me.
Any comments views or suggestions are welcome.
Thanks

Could be you have remenants left up there causing a bit of a blockage.
Make an appointment with your GP and discuss it with them and try and make a diary of when it happens, diet etc... to see if you can find any triggers eg related to cycle or certains foods or medications.
Be careful of covering up the symptoms and not finding the cause.
