Thanks daffy
Try aloe vera juice puddicat, it is fantastic for hair and nails, and for skin problems.

mm its a bit pricey though isnt it???
It is expensive but H&B have offers on it every so often, you only have 2 or 3 teaspoons per day so I find a small bottle lasts for about a month in the fridge. You can get capsules as well or gel (not good for hair though!).
My sister had a 'patch' on her head that was sore and wouldn't heal, she had this for as long as she could remember but it's disappeared now due to taking aloe vera.

thanks mm might shop online maybe get it cheaper!!!
I'd be interested to know if it works for you puddicat.
My OH has just started using the gel on his legs instead of E45 cream. He gets sore itchy skin on his lower legs and when taking the juice he said the hair had started to grow back on his legs so we're trying to continue this affect with the gel. (Easier than juice when travelling as we're going away for 2 weeks).
