Ill-fitting denture

Got a new denture 18 months ago. The corners of my mouth have started to crack, a sure sign that the plate needs re-lining. However, I have moved in the last year and there is no available NHS dentist in the area. Does anyone know the cost of an upper denture re-line as going private seems to be the only option. Many thanks.
