I started this on Monday as I really need to lose weight. I get married in December and have really struggled in the past. I know its only day 3 but I feel I am managing ok on this so far, apart from a really awful headache that started yesterday morning, has anyone else experienced this problem? I don't want to end up relying on Paracetamol, but as I still have it I am getting a little fed up! Trouble is when I feel down I eat...so any sensible ideas would be gratefully received!

I was diagnosed with M.E a few years ago, and on bad days I struggle to get out of bed without being in pain. After exercising the pain is worse the following day, but I do as much as I can. All I wanted was a kick start to help me. The headaches have gone now which is a good thing.
Panic Button, I did look into WeightWatchers, but I really can't afford the weekly fee, so it's just me and my willpower (just about hanging onto it!!)
