Spinning & Body Pump In Pregnancy?
1 Answers
Hi - I go to both of these but am trying to get pregnant, if we get lucky is it safe to carry on for the first 3 months or longer (if I feel up to it)? I've been doing spinning only for about 5 weeks n I do get bloomin exhausted by it. I've been doing body pump regularly for over a year. Cheers

The thing you need to watch is your heartrate, you should ensure it doesn't rise above 145 BPM. Be careful also with Bodypump, as pregnancy hormones can cause weakening in ligaments, so don't lift too heavy.
You cannot do any exercises lying on your back or specific stomach exercise from your second Trimester either.
