strange white blotches

hi there, my boyfriend recently told me that when he goes for a wee he's noticed that small white blotches appear on his left arm starting at his wrist from wrist to his upper arm, i was just wondering if this means anything or not....?? any help whatsoever would be appreciated as this is puzzling us

I had something similar on my neck and chest a few years ago. The doctor prescribed me some antifungal cream, which worked and they went away.

You can get antifungal over the counter, and its not harmful, so could be worth a try.

However it could be a few other things, so no harm in seeing a doc if you dont want to try it out,.

What is going for a pee got to do with the blotches?

Do they disappear when he is not peeing?

Is this a set up?

no this isn't a set up lol, it really does happen to him, and yeah it starts when he starts peeing and srops when he stops
