I had 12 sessions over a month and went down a trouser size. Expensive at �200 but I liked the fact that the 30 min sessions were on a one to one basis with a trainer and she constantly corrected my posture. I do pilates and so have quite high core stability and so was able to progress quite fast. Will have another course. ( I have to say that going 3 times a week made me very aware of the food I ate so that prob helpped as well.) I am sure it would not have been so good without supervision.
