Well this time tomorrow I will know what I have been worrying about for the last couple of days, will I be ill or will I be ok? I am planning on me feeling very sick so that if I aren't then it's a bonus. I will post again tomorrow if I am able. Kath. X

Hi Kitty 1950,

I am sorry you are having to have Chemo, I hope that all goes well for you. My husband had it last year, he had some days when he felt quite sick, and other days when he was not too bad. Hopefully it is a case of thinking the worst and it not happing.

Take care
Don't know anything about chemo, but just wanted to wish you all the best! k8.x

If you are going to feel sick, and that's not always the case, then it usually takes a few days before it onsets.

The more bouts of chemo therapy you have the more likely you are going to feel a bit grotty at times. But it does wear off.
kitty good luck. yes you will feel very sick but the anti sickness tablets they have these days are amazing. stay strong and try keep positive x
I wish you well for tomorrow Kitty - stay strong and positive.

Good luck xxx
Hi Kitty, what kind of chemo are you having, is it the intravienus sort where you have to stay in hospital for a few hours or is it in tablet form where you take it at home? I've been on the tablet sort for 6 months now and the only side effects I have had are feeling sick which is controlled by tablets and tiredness which could be due to the cancer anyway,
Whatever you are treated with I wish you well. xxx
good luck sweetie

Not pleasannt, you will feel nauseous and fed up, but remember those cancer cells will feel worse.

Go get'um Floyd.

Night night Kitty - good luck for tomorrow and God Bless.
kitty - all the very best for tomorrow. Sorry to hear of your illness. My friend's just been given the all-clear from cancer now. When she had chemo, she didn't feel poorly at first. After a few sessions, she DID start to feel sick, but was given medication to combat this. Stay as positive as possible. You can beat this. x
Night kitty take good care and take the anti nausea meds they will give you regardless of how you feel.
