I walk to school every morning and as it is getting warmer. There isn't any shade and I tend to get sweat patches on the top of my legs. I am not unfit and I eat healthily and im not overweight (it is just the way my body works unfortunatley). I cant do anything about it happening and so far nobody has noticed but i get so horribly embarresed. I was wondering if there was a way to keep cool to try and prevent it. If anyone has any ideas or proven tecniques or anything i will be verry greatful thankyou :):)

I use talcum powder for the tops of my legs and a vaginal spray to keep me fresh.
don't get hooked on chemicals at your age

wear sensible clothes for the weather - loose

I've just been out seen a young girl in fluffy boots, tights, shorts and a tiny top!!!!

I was sweating just seeing her (not in a good way)
Natural fibres are better than the synthetic ones eg cotton underwear and clothing.

If you get any chafing then you could try aqueous cream.
