you're not going to get a miracle cure!

tooth whitening toothpastes may get rid of the staining.

you could ask your dentist for advice.

And why would you be so rude?

The answers you have are perfectly reasonable replies - you make no mention of anything you may or may not have used before, so a tooth whitening kit is a start. Ofc you expect us to be mind readers

Dentists will help you too, as will any other tooth whitening kit/toothpaste you find on the shelf but nothing will work permenantly unless you stop smoking, period.

Try bicarbonate of soda,it's very good,hope it works for you.

cheers momac ! i will try! maybe i should of said in my question, i gave up the fags ages ago. Also, i have tried every tooth whitening kit out there! its a real shame as i have pure white teeth except for a stain inbetween my front teeth! cheers momac for a great answer! xx
