Blood Blister Under Tongue
1 Answers
Infrequently, probably about every 2 months, I have a huge blood blister (up to 1/2 inch) pop out on the under side of the right side of my tongue. I have no pre-symptoms, and there is no pain at this point. After a relatively short time, I discover the blood has gone out of the blister. I do not know when it goes, and there is no taste of blood. After a short time (maybe an hour) the white spot where the blood has been becomes sore and continues to be sore for about a week. There is no other symptom, and it does not seem serious to me, but it would ease my mind to have it confirmed there is nothing serious going on. Thank you. HJP
