i was trying on a few outfits this morning in preperation for my holiday in 27 days time and was shocked by the amount of cellulite i have on my thighs. I do eat a well balanced diet, even though i could do with losing about a stone and i drink plenty of water. Ive never suffered with it before so am wondering why ive got it all of a sudden. Im now going to do lots of squats and cut out caffine as ive heard this helps but do you have any other tips on how to get rid of it or even disguise it?
i've got it, i think everyone has. Best thing i've done is exfoliating, (can use on of those really rough sponges) then moisterising morning and night, in up and down movements then circular, really massaging firmly!

I tried the creams & quick-fix lotions but the only thing that has worked for me was joining a gym and using the treadmill & the bike. I go 3 times a week and my cellulite went within a month!!!!!! (I also lost weight)
