hi my husband and I started on these patches and since have both had nightmares/ weird dreams .We never remember our dreams usually has any one else had this happen?? Thanks Twinny

Nail on big toe has come away and hurts!!!!

Vivid and strange dreams are one of the listed side effects of nicotine replacement therapy.If you read the accompanying leaflet you shouldfind it on there.If it concerns you then stop using the patches and ask your doctor for advice....personally I quite enjoyed the odd dreams when I used nicotine patches a few years ago :-)

Thanks .. read it as suggested but think may remove before bed as brain does not like night time stimulation.. nightmares I can do without!! Thanks Twinny
