Can anyone tell me what are the best vitamins to take on a daily basis, at the minute I am taking 1000mg of Cod liver oil, 1000mg of Vit C, and Omega 3, capsule. is this a good combo?
So should we take them regardless of whether we have high cholesterol ?
I'm abit remiss with things like this I don't take any vitamins nor do I give them to my boys athough a lot of the mums at school were shocked as they do.
