Best "At Home" Workout DVD

Hi, wondering if anyone can recommend a workout DVD that I can do at home and works! There's so many in the shops, it's hard to choose.
I have been dieting and now need to tone up / start getting fit and I don't have much confidence when it comes to the gym etc...
Also, I've heard a few people say that the Wii Fit is good to use to start exercising again - thoughts?
