sore nipples

Hi, for the past 8 days i have had sore tender nipples. I dont think it is pregnancy but not positive. I skipped my pill so not sure if this might of been an affect of the soreness. Does anyone know what this could be??

I get sore boobs nearly every month, but not sore nipples. Last time I had sore nipples, I was up the duff.
