Ive recently had a sore tonge and i think it is because im biting it in my sleep and now its a bit raised at the side do i need to worry???

not if your diagnosis is right.. otherwise you should see your doctor, or maybe your dentist if you're due to go.

you might have nocturnal epilepsey, this is when you have a seizure in your sleep and bit on your tongue! Do you wake up with headaches or anything?
