Hello, I have had pain in my right foot for a few weeks now, it only hurts when I walk. It's quite a sharp sensation in my toes & my foot seems to turn out like a duck after a few mins of walking, almost like I don't want to walk on the ball of the foot, although it doesn't hurt there. Then last week I could feel like a small bubble under the skin just below the ball pad, this is quite tender. I've been to the doc, osteo & podietrist who have all give different opinions. Ranging from a nueroma, to something called plantar something!! I've tried ice, anit inflamitory cream & gel inserts in the shoes. I'm normally pretty fit using the gym 3 times a week, plus walking at lunchtimes, I've had to stop using the treadmill, the cross trainer is ok though, & walking at lunchtimes. I'm getting a bit fed up as I don't know what else I can do, & don't know who's advice to take. Does anyone regognise these symptoms & know what to do please. I'm going on holiday next week & was planning to do some sight seeing so please help
