Hello

Can anyone tell me when I'd be safe to go back to body pump after a c-section, I haven't been going for about 9 months (had terrible morning sickness throughout pregnancy) I would like to get back to excercise as I'm feeling distinctly flabby and was thinking of starting late Jan when I'd be about 8 wks post op (my gorgeous baby girl is now 4 weeks old). Wha'ts a body pump?

Is it a type of vibrator?
No sqadlet - you're thinking of power plates.
Sqaddie - its an exercise class - you really must keep up !
daisy - it might be best to ask at your 6 week post natal check up.
