I have been eating very healthy with the correct meal times as well and like yourself, for the last week or so been having midnight and early morning cravings for that fatty, greasy kinda food (pizza, hamburgers and cheese on toast comes to mind) and seem to not be able to stop although my body tells me STOP you're full!!
I say its completely normal as we, (im assuming ur a female), have that 2 weeks notice before we go on our period and during this time, i find most of us eat much more and have terrible cravings...however try this, everytime i crave that food, i have a glass of hot lemon with honey and seem to do the trick and also it helps fat break down and fight bloatedness. hope that helps! and dont worry we all get it :)
