Blood spots...

Hi guys i'm a newbie so be gentle!

I have these kind of blood spots on my scrotum. they don't hurt though.

I went to my gp and he said they aren't an STI cos the spots would be on my penis too. He says they are more to do with sweat around my scrotum and they aren't catching. My wife and i have sex and i know she hasnt caught anything off me.

Anyone have any ideas what these "blood spots" are? When i try to pick them they just bleed.

The sound like scrotal cutaneous haemangiomas, which are non malignant, non infective and will clear up in time providing that you stop picking them.
