i am naturally hungry, i dont over eat but eat often, if i eat less often i do come over feeling light headed then have to eat something as hope this helps. I like apples and pears as sensitive to lots of fruit, i eat all veg, well except celery, but an apple just doesnt fill me up, i am planning more fitness back into my life which i know will help but i need to address my diet, i cant do weighing or recording what i eat as too busy running around after an 18 mth old and a 3 year old, i choose healthy snacks mainly but am stuck in a rutt, any advise please,

Large salads maybe with some tinned salmon or a plate of nice veg with some gravy.
I find things like spinach filling, it's lovely with a salmon fillet and othe steamed veg and some new potatoes.
Baked potatos can be pretty healthy and filling too.

It could be that you are not eating adequete meals, Healthy meals dont have to only consist of rabbit food, you need to ensure you are getting enough vitamins and minerals. 3 solid meals and a couple of snacks a day should not be leaving you light headed.
