where is this program located?

Could anybody please enlighten me regarding a program? I think it was a program called body watch or some such, it is used by the NHS for diabetic classes.
It was about what happens to our food, and what occurs if we just cut down, how our body defends itself for a famine. It had a very nice coloured chap playing the lead role as Sam, an office worker with a weight problem. Much obliged if you could point out where to locate this particular program.
