How long does it take for gum to fully heal after having wisdom teeth removed?

Had wisdom removed last Sat, its bit uncomfortable as i know that will last few days to one week. After doing mouthwashing with warm salt, just noticed stiches loose. Is that okay?

Oh! Takes a few weeks! mine was so sore! just hang in there, and avoid getting the cold in it! Keep the area warm, if you go out wear a scarf over your mouth, it will be fine! but it does take time!...................

Thanks for the advice..! It was bit sore the the first 2/3 days. Going back to Dentist on Sat, don't know what they will do. That was the most nerves wrecking than having blood test..!
Couple of weeks.

Stitches loose?.......no big deal.

Thanks Sqad for the reply... Just wanted to make sure, stitches came off little while ago, so is that still no big deal..?
My stitches worked loose after a few days and bits of them were coming out when I ate/drank - its just part of the process of them dissolving as they don't magically disappear like the name suggests!
