Need to lose a bit of weight in next 2 weeks - anyone got any tips please?

Stop eating.
maybe try eating lots of soups, also protein such as fish and chicken?
and maybe ease off the carbs such as bread and pasta?

can i ask whats going to be occurring in 2 weeks time smart?

if your owt like me, i go into reverse! i panic and end up eating more than i was before! lol .. so im a fine one to offer any help!

Going to stay with family loobs - need to fit into my clothes to get there - don't care after that! lol

That is what I thought Loobs - plenty of veg & protein, and only a few complex carbs. Thanks

Thanks Ummm - not big on soups.
Eat nothing but eggs, and cut out milk and caffeine.

Eggs burn belly fat and they are carb free. You may be a bit "anti-social" though.

That sounds reasonable enough NoM - does it work? And could a just have a snifter of skimmed milk in my tea?

Chilli omelettes...
No.. but you could have a touch of cream in a decaf coffee.

Chillies do indeed burn extra calories, but wouldn't work with the eggs as they are too high on the GI.

Or, if you really were desperate for tea, drink the green stuff sans milk. Milk has lactose which will negate the fat burning potential of the eggs.

Big thanks guys! I love eggs, and chillis - actually, tinking about it there isn't much in the food dept I DON'T love ! lol
Think I'll go with the egg diet, and drink herbal teas.

atkins diet worked for me - lost 4 kilos in 10 days ready for my holiday!!! breath smells though so buy a lot of polo mints!!
