If a patient who is on warfarin is meant to have an INR of betwen 2 and 3, what would a 'normal' person's INR be? (ie a healthy person not on medication)

I have been on Warfarin for 34years and my INR target is 3.5 which for the past few tests has been spot on, so I now have a BT every 6 weeks.

I didn't know that "normal" persons had an INR
Why would one do an INR on a normal person?

bednobs: The reason mine is 3.5 is because I had an prosthetic aorta valve (rubber ball in a cage type) in1973 to make sure no clots form in my arteries and get stuck in it.
