If you ate nothing but whole bits of sweetcorn for the whole week with out chewing them. Would you lose weight?

Must try it for a month before I go on holiday.....
Along with celery which, according to legend takes more calories to eat it than it actually contains.

You mean just swallow them like hundreds of little tablets, are you err well...OK
Have to say ive genuinely wondered about this myself seeing how they come out hole (excuse the pun).See you would get the flavour and the texture and be full for a wee while then voila !!
But your body would get no nutrients.

Dris you wouldn't really get much flavour and no texture if you didn't chew!!
Cannot imagine it is at all advisable - things people will do to be 'skinny'!

See Mamya -I would get the flavour as i swirled it around my mouth and I would feel full then I can recycle !!!!!!!!!!!!
