Yes
Two different drug actions, so difficult to compare.

What is the painful condition that you are seeking drug advice on?
I once took 50mg of Tramadol and 30mg of Dihydracodiene at the same time... very bad idea! I passed out in my kitchen and came round with a massive black eye and bruised cheekbone where I hit my face on the kitchen work surface on the way to the floor :)
Tramadol is a weak opiate, Dihydrocodeine a much stronger one.
not true. 100 mg of tramadol is the equivalent of approx 12-13 mg of morphine, whereas 60mg dihydrocodiene is the equivalent of about 4mg of morphine
I wouldn't call Tramadol weak. It screws me over daily!
