it is difficult to put an exact weight on it but I am just under 5ft 10 and weight 10 stone. I exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet so feel I am of a good weight for me. I have been up to 11 stone before although maybe at times felt things a bit tighter on me I have not been above a size 10 so think that it is difficult just to say a particular weight. I rarely weigh myself - only bought scales recently cause was fed up waiting til I was at the airport to find out how much my luggage weighed.
weight isn't the only consideration as you could be low fat to muscle mass ratio and weigh quite a bit above the recommended range or be well within and look quite plump with a high fat to muscle proportion, most of the scales would give a range of high 9s ie 9st 11ish to low 12s but you could look great if well toned well into the 13s probably still in a size 12-14 BMI may be a better guide but even that has its critics....the best guide is a full length mirror...if you jump up and down and not much wobbles (except your boobs) you are probably pretty much ok

according to an on-line chart, anything up to 12 stone for a lady of 5'10" is considered a healthy weight.
