Have tried really hard,spending a hour and half a day,when i can,any tips how to improve my fitness?

What are you actually doing for the hour and half, what are your aims, and where are you doing your phys?

Im at a gym,on the treadmill,raising the gradient,doing circuits,and weights...

just like you...
you have to do a regular workout, nothing sporadic, to improve fitness levels. so say 6 days a week you do 30 mins or 60 mins exercise where you get your heart pumping. over time your fitness will improve.

eat the right types of foods
I would have thought your usual regime consisted more of running people down, jumping to conclusions, knifing friends in the back, pushing your luck and flying off the handle...............?

Will go to the gym tomorrow,maybe try to do longer,will not sit on my bum,maybe i will on certain machines......
