Can anyone recommend a good diet apart from the Slimming World etc? Made my mind up to start one on 1st Sept!

Eat what you're eating now but smaller portions; do more exercise. This may sound too simple, but it works for me.
You can`t go wrong with WeightWatchers. It`s just portion-controlled healthy eating
Try and avoid anything with more than 5% fat. Replace cake etc with fruit. When you eat do nothing else, no TV, radio, reading, conversation is OK. The best way of avoiding junk food is not to buy it.
Eat low fat food and keep away from junk food. Eat more fruit and vegetables.
