i bought a rowing machine to keep fit, i get terrible headaches if i try to do sit ups or move to fast, so the doctor said a rowing machine would be better, i've used it twice but i dont feel like its doing anything, i dont feel out of breath after using it, dont have aches or pains, doesnt feel like i've workede out at all, am i doing something wrong? i have it on the highest resistance, thought maybe id feel it in my legs or tummy area but nope nothing,, please can someone help?

How far and fast are you going, and roughly how long does this take?
The resistance setting may not be high enough as it is a home machine. I know some exercise bikes that are for home use are absolutely useless for the same reason.
You may need to row faster to actually get out of breath.
