Good exercise video please

I am female mid 60s and not too healthy.I am overweight and desperate to do some exercise. Can someone recommend a suitable video?

2. I've never even seen a fitness video, yet alone used one!
However I have just looked at all of the exercise DVDs offered on Amazon. I've been looking for one that doesn't seem to assume that the viewer is 24 years old and already fit and slim. Further, I've been looking for one which also has good reviews. This is the best I could find. I suggest reading through these reviews (there are 4 pages of them) and then, if you're interested in buying it, clicking the 'This product' link at the top right of the page:

hi you could try the davina fit dvd its preety good and you can put as much or as little effort into the routine and she has 2 trainers with her also 1 is a woman i would say in her 50's... or another choice is buy a wii console those are brilliant to as you can play lots of sports with minium effort but you are still exercising but more fun
