29 Answers
hi
I exercise regularly, keep a balanced diet for more months and I can't lose a single pound :( What else can I do? I really need your help. Are diet pills an option for me? and where can I get them?
advice needed from people with experience please.
Thanks a lot

That would be my advice .Good luck .
Since I stopped smoking 13 years ago I found it difficult to keep my weight . I had been on all sorts of diets and lost it quite fast but put it on again. This time since end of June I have lost 2 stone steadily each week and sometimes staying the same but I eat well such as plenty of fish and.chicken and veg . I swear by unsweetened grapefruit juice every day .I always have breakfast. My saying is just cut out the fat and the crap but you say you keep a balanced diet. I do occasionly have a treat such as a chinese meal and the occasional meal out .The longer you take to get it off the better you will be at keeping it off.I don't believe in diet pills or the low calorie ready meals .I just keep a couple of them in my freezer for emergency. Good luck.
