Rash on arms

I`ve developed a rash on my upper forearm which itches like mad. I also have one on the right arm but it`s not as bad. I don`t think it`s contact dermatitis as I have had it before but not for quite a long time. It doesn`t spread. I think it might be something seasonal. I`ve tried Eurax cream which had no effect and have now put some antihistamine cream on it. Should I try hydrocortisone cream? Could it be eczema? I`ve never suffered from that before.

Yes.......Synalar, Betnovate or any steroid cream should clear it up.
