2nd cold

in as many months and I avoid the gym during this time mostly because I dont want to spread my germs around, but the question I would like to ask is, is it ok to exercise with a cold and when am I no longer contagious?

If you feel like exercising with a cold, then go ahead, no harm will ensue.
Length of time that you are contagious depends upon the type of virus, but usually from between 4-7days.
If your immunity is weakened by catching a cold then you could go on to catch pneumonia more easily.
